1. Early Access and Beta Use

FieldNote AI is provided on an early-access basis. Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

The service may contain errors or limitations and is provided “as is”.

2. Intended Use

FieldNote AI is a documentation and productivity tool designed to assist with site observations, notes, and reporting.

FieldNote AI does not replace professional engineering judgment.
Users remain fully responsible for verifying accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable codes, standards, and contractual obligations.

3. No Professional Advice

FieldNote AI does not provide engineering, legal, or regulatory advice.

All outputs generated by the platform must be reviewed, validated, and approved by a qualified professional before use in any official or contractual context.

4. User Responsibilities

By using FieldNote AI, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes

  • Ensure uploaded content does not violate confidentiality or third-party rights

  • Maintain responsibility for all decisions made based on the platform’s output

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content provided by FieldNote AI remain the property of FieldNote AI.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant FieldNote AI a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

FieldNote AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including errors, omissions, or losses arising from the use of the platform.

Use of FieldNote AI is at your own risk.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to FieldNote AI at any time during early access without liability.
